The Bernia's Mountain is one of the most important geographical reference in province of Alicante. His cropped silhouette constitutes one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Valencian Community. "Shared by the municipalities of Benissa, Calpe and Xaló (Marina Alta) on the northern slopes, and Altea and Callosa d' in Sarria (Marina Baixa) in the South, its closed walls, crowned by a slender limestone Ridge, is the natural limit between the two shires." It is a perfect activity for hikers who wish to add one degree of difficulty to their fauvorite sport
We started with an approach tracks and trails, to reach the base of the crest. Here is where we will equip with harnesses and we will explain the techniques of progression in ridges. Then we started the crest, which has some passages of climbing in which we fully insured (max Vº), various abseils and also has a very narrow passage which we call step of horse which we will have to pass through astride a very cane Alpine ambient. The end of the crest arrive at the geodesic point where we will eat something and after this break relishing having reached the highest point, will start the descent towards exit normal route.
